We always enjoy producing editorial features for Plant Planet magazine, and we are delighted with the feedback we have received to our interviews with ‘people in plant.’ It is incredible to hear how the many leading names in the construction equipment industry have started and evolved their businesses over the years; something to be admired.
There has been a stellar line-up so far, with names such as Morris Leslie (yes, Morris Leslie himself!), Merrill and Rob Lynch of L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage; Asif Latief of Boels Rental; Graham Nixon of Nixon Hire; Leigh Tholet of Hirebase; Rebecca Bryson of BTE; Jim Longstaff of Clements Plant Hire and David Hargreaves of Cleehill Plant, to name but a few. And, there are many more in the pipeline, including a profile on Shellplant, who are celebrating 50 years of trading this year. The feature on Shellplant will appear in the August 2022 issue of Plant Planet and talks about how the company started and where it is today.
It has been really interesting and inspiring to learn more about these individuals, and their paths to success, and we would like to say a huge thank you to them all for taking the time to talk to us about their personal experiences.
